By now, rock fans might be getting used to the new lineup of Pantera following the deaths of Vinnie Paul Abbott and “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott. And while the rockers have only shown interest in live performing, one new member thinks a new album is possible. Drummer Charlie Benante (who joined alongside guitarist Zakk Wylde) says the band has even discussed it. “We talked about it,” he revealed. “We record a lot,” Benante added, before saying he “would love” to do a live album.

Stone Temple Pilots, Live To Co-Headline 30th Anniversary Tour.
2024 means the 30th birthday of albums from two veteran rock bands… and they’re celebrating by joining forces. Stone Temple Pilots and Pennsylvania-based group Live are set to hit the road this summer on the co-headlining tour “Jubilee.”
Both bands will play the albums celebrating their anniversary, with STP showcasing “Purple” and Live highlighting “Throwing Copper.” Joining the bands at the celebration is Soul Asylum, with Our Lady Peace kicking things off during the first two shows. Tickets drop on Friday here.

One Band Has Passed Ozzy As Hall Of Fame Fan Favorite
Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne has had a lock on the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame vote. But Dave Matthews Band entered the chat, and that all changed. The “Ants Marching” rockers have raked in almost 300,000 votes, passing Ozzy as he hopes to have his solo career recognized by the Hall. DMB also passed other leaders Foreigner and Peter Frampton.
