A concerned father is taking Six Flags Great America to court over a frightening incident last Halloween. A scary character jumped out of a porta-potty and chased his daughter around the theme park during “Fright Fest”. Trying to escape, she fell on the pavement and scraped & bruised herself.

Marian Pieczonka is looking for a cash payment from the theme park: $30,000 in damages.
