A trailer for Metallica's 3D movie "Metallica Through the Never" is online.  The movie hits IMAX on September 27th, and comes to theaters everywhere on October 4th.

Amanda Bynes was arrested last night after she threw a bong out the window of her 36th-floor New York City apartment.  Police were called after Amanda was seen smoking pot in the lobby of her building.  Cops arrested her for possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and reckless endangerment, and took her to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation.  She's expected to appear in court this morning.

In North Carolina, a 37-year-old woman just had her son arrested for eating her Pop-Tarts.  On Monday, she called the cops because he ate her Pop-Tarts without asking.  He was arrested for one misdemeanor count of larceny, which will be handled in juvenile court.
