On Friday night, a 32-year-old, 400 pound woman was in New York City and actually fell through the sidewalk. The sidewalk tile was built over a basement, and when it cracked, the woman fell into the basement. The fire department rescued her with a crane and cargo net. She was hospitalized with only a broken arm, and doctors told her a slimmer woman could've died in the fall.
