"Forbes" released its annual list of the world's richest people yesterday. We're up to 1,426 billionaires worldwide, up 210 new billionaires from last year. The U.S. has the most, with 442. For the fourth year in a row, Carlos "Slim" Helu is the richest person in the world, thanks to dominating the Latin American cell phone market. He's worth $73 billion. Bill Gates is second, with $67 billion.
