What a handsome devil. Alfred Wertheimer, an 83 year old photographer, who rolled with Elvis to chronicle Elvis' life in 1956, has just released a book featuring intimate rare pictures of my favorite singer. This would be around the same time "Don't be Cruel" and "Hound Dog" were on top of the charts. Since this was so early on in Elvis' stardom, Alfred was able to stick close and get some great private footage. Lucky bastard. Click here to see the pics.
