In the video, the customer says that she didn't receive a receipt during a previous order and per Dunkin Donuts policy was entitled to a free meal. Now what I just wrote to you was the calm, rational, and civil way of explaining this situation.
The customer in the video is in no way any of these things to the employee she's speaking with. I applaud the guy for remaining professional during this ordeal and agree with website's like Gawker, he does deserve a raise.
