Let me start by saying that I am no art snob... I love art, I paint, draw, doodle...all not well, but I enjoy it....and in our city, we've got some great artists, as well as some great places to see art as well...and then along comes this idiot... ladies and gentlemen, please meet Uriel Landeros

Why do I mention him? Well...let me tell you.... the boy wonder vandalized a 1929 Pablo Picasso called “Woman in a Red Armchair” at the Menil Collection and is now doing a two-year prison sentence.
He left behind an image of a bullfighter, a bull and the word “conquista,” or the Spanish word for conquest.... I can't wait until he is the "conquista" of his celly..
THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS! That being said, I love going to the Menil, there's some great works of art in there, so if you've never been... GO, get some culture in your life... I mean it's free... c'mon!
