Guy attempts to break car window with...his head.

I saw this on khou.com this morning.... There's video of
some dick stealing the tip jar from Jenni’s Noodle House in the Heights, Employees
said it happened around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night, the guy asked the for a cup
of water while he was looking at a menu. Then, he took off with about $25 in
the tip jar. Watch the video, if you know him...call the cops....then make fun
of his broke ass. - DJ
