[CBS] Anytime there's an NFL coaching vacancy, Jon Gruden's name always comes up. It happened again the Texans fired Gary Kubiak and Gruden's current employer, ESPN, was responsible for kick-starting the speculation. Chris Mortensen said the former Raiders and Buccaneers head coach is "not expected" to pursue any opportunities this offseason and has a "strong commitment" to continue working at ESPN where he is the color commentator for Monday Night Football.
[ESPN] Yesterday, Kobe Bryant played in his first NBA game in nearly eight months since tearing the Achilles in his left leg, but the return wasn’t what Kobe was hoping for, he only put up 9 points. Bryant was his own biggest critic after the Lakers' 106-94 loss to the Toronto Raptors.

[EW] Last night, Lifetime's new miniseries Bonnie & Clyde premiered, and apparently it’s historically inaccurate. Many critics are appalled, particularly because the four-part docudrama is also being televised on the History Channel (and A&E).
Yesterday, thousands of fans, friends and car enthusiasts gathered to pay tribute to Paul Walker at the site where the "Fast & Furious" actor died in a car crash. The memorial, planned through social media, was scheduled to begin at noon, but mourners began arriving hours beforehand to leave flowers, candles, stuffed animals and other tributes.
Just hours after firing head coach Gary Kubiak, The Texans have also let go of special teams coach Joe Marciano. In the interim, he will be replaced by special teams assistant Bob Ligashesky.

According to a report from Fox Sports reporter Jay Glazer, Houston Texans Head Coach Gary Kubiak has been fired. Projected to be one of the top teams in the AFC, the team suffered an 11 loss 2013 season, after last nights defeat to the Jaguars in Jacksonville, 27-20.
