Matthew McConaughey is looking skinnier than ever.  The paparazzi caught him at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday.  

Matthew lost a ton of weight for a movie called "The Dallas Buyer's Club" ...in which he plays a real-life HIV-positive AIDS activist named Ron Woodruff.  There's no word yet on the movie's release date.
