There's been a tattoo circulating around the Internet for the past five years that's known as the World's Worst Tattoo. A guy tried to get his late wife's portrait on his arm, but the tattoo artist made her look like an evil skeleton with dentures. Finally, earlier this month, the guy went to a better tattoo artist in Akron, Ohio. And in three hours, the artist transformed the tattoo and made it perfect.
