An unnamed 17-year-old from Jalisco, Mexico is the states first case of Krokodil use, the flesh-eating street drug.
A government official said the girl arrived at a local Social Security Institute with what appeared to be a deep cut on her private parts.
José Sotero Ruiz Hernández, an official of the National Migration Institute (INM) told the media, "The young woman who used this drug had an infection that had rotted her genitals...She said she'd been using krokodil for the last two months."

William Jessup University student, Jackie Turner, posted an ad on Craigslist, asking to rent a family for the holiday season.
The ad reads, "I am looking to rent a mom and dad who can give me attention and make me feel like the light of their life just for a couple of days because I really need it."
Jackie was physically, sexually and emotionally abused as a child. To escape her home, she spent years living on the streets, and eventually landed in a gang.
"I was in gang life, on the streets, fighting, doing drugs, just making a mess of my life," she told News 10.
After spending nearly a year in jail for grand theft in Sacramento County, she decided she'd had enough.
Now Turner is a presidential scholar at William Jessup with a scholarship and a 4.0 grade point average.
