Amanda Bynes arrested last night after tossing bong out of apartment windowon West 47th Street.
Apparently her building official called police to complain that Bynes was smoking marijuana and rolling a joint in the building's lobby.
She was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence, and criminal possession of marijuana. It wasn't clear if she had a lawyer.

I don't know how I feel about this, but here it is. Marilyn Manson is going to be featured on a track for Avril Lavigne’s upcoming album called “Bad Girl,”.
The Canadi-o Punklett also said she shaved her head while having drinks with Manson and crew backstage. She told MTV , “We were hanging out backstage and we were with his band having a few drinks and I was like, ‘Let’s shave my head. I’m ready; let’s do this!’.”
I feel dirty knowing Manson was "drinking" with Avril Lavigne. Sorry, no direspect, just sayin'.
